About Me
Education and Training
I completed my therapy training at the University of Guelph's Master of Science (MSc.) Program in Couple and Family Therapy. In addition to this specialized therapy training, I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication from McGill University and have attended several workshops and courses on trauma, sexuality, self-harming, pastoral care, and addictions. I also volunteered as a pastoral care worker for six years.
Prior to training as a therapist I worked in policy with the Federal Government for close to 10 years. My most recent experience was at Service Canada where I supported the development of Service Strategies for seniors, families, youth, and workers.
